Access to voluntary family planning allows women and men to secure their reproductive rights to decide freely, and for themselves, whether, when, and how many children they want to have. In Tanzania, as in many countries, the realization of reproductive rights is still not a reality for all, which impacts on families, communities and the country as a whole.
